The 26th Council of SSE was held on Jan 10. Wang Mingzhi, Vice Chairman of SSE Council, chaired the meeting. Zhang Lin, Deputy Director of Shanghai Municipal Transport and Port Authority, and Wang Lin, General Manager of Sinotrans eastern Co., LTD, and other directors attended the meeting.

　　SSE Council passed the Work Statement and Financial Report in 2013. At the meeting, SSE was also requested to research how to develop and position in the future as well as the major projects of ship financing lease and ship asset securitization.
