On the morning of March 19th, SSE signed an agreement with Xiamen Shipping Exchange (XSE) about coordinating and regulating the shipping market of ports in Xiamen as well as compiling and issuing the Strait shipping index. Crossing Taiwan Strait non-stop container liner freight index was a major spotlight, and it was expected to be released early next year.

According to the announcement of Ministry of Transport, the task of container freight rate filling on Taiwan trade has been implemented since March 1st. As the designated accepting institute of freight rate filing, SSE takes the charge of drawing up the freight rate filing operation guide and offering relevant technology services.
