Direction for use
The Index-linked Service Contract Template provides a reference template for contracting parties to sign an index-linked contract. The parties may add, delete or modify relevant terms and conditions in light of actual scenarios, including but not limited to inland depots, non-base ports, special goods, etc.
By designing common ways and terms of index-linked rates, the contract template helps carrier and shipper sign the index-linked contract that reduces negotiation cost and facilitates the transaction behavior.
